What if I don't see the prop or sign that I want? 

We can design and build custom pieces for your big day! A fee will apply for custom builds. Contact us for details.


Are there additional charges on rental equipment?

We strive to be easy to work with and up front about cost.  All of our prices include full event rental.  What does this mean? Each piece is only rented for one event per day. So, you don't have to worry about hourly pricing and time limits. 


How much do you charge for delivery?

We will deliver within a 70 mile radius from Decatur, Texas. We charge a $75 flat rate delivery fee. If your event is located beyond 70 miles, please contact us for a quote.


Do vendors get a discount for bridal shows?

Vendors will receive a 20% discount on rental items. Delivery fees are not discounted. Standard contracts apply. Please contact us via email for availability.


Can I pick up rental items and transport them myself?

We will allow certain items to be picked up from our property. However, most items must be set up by our staff. Please contact us for available pieces for will-call.


Can we use your rental pieces for my styled shoot?

Yes, we would love to be apart of your styled shoot. However, the delivery fee will still apply. Proper credit must be given for any social media post.


Why do wood cut out signs take 4-6 weeks for completion?

We would love to have a quicker turn around time frame. But we are just a two man show. Since every sign is unique - CAD work, cutting and finishing details take time. We want to ensure you are getting a quality product. If we offer shorter turn arounds, our quality would dip. Rush orders are available for $20 and can be completed in 1 week.


If I live in DFW, where can I pick up my wood cut out sign?

We offer pick ups in Denton or Decatur.
